After you Login, choose a product category from the menu on the left side of the window. Browse the items within the category, adding any products you wish to your shopping basket by clicking on the ‘Add One to Basket’ button and continue shopping. You may wish to purchase a single item quickly by using the ‘Buy One Now’ button. Many items have options for flavor or foils; choose those options. Check the contents of your shopping basket at any time by click on the ‘Basket Contents’ button at the top menu.

Once you have finished shopping, you need to click on ‘Checkout’ on the top menu. Complete the order by confirming or entering the billing address and shipping address; click on ‘Continue.’ The next screen shows your total order and asks for shipping options and payment information.

Once your order is complete, your invoice appears. Please print a copy for your records by clicking on ‘Print this invoice’ at the top of the screen. Your order is sent electronically to the Dwarven Fulfillment Center deep within Dwarf Mountain for immediate processing. You will also receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your account moments later. Once your order ships, we will email package tracking information. Please review the shipping information about restrictions and requirements.

To find any specific item, click on the ‘Search’ button on the top menu. You can type in the item name or keyword you are looking for in the ‘Search For The Following Word(s):’ field and click on the ‘Search’ button.

We can’t imagine why you would ever cancel an order, however if the unimaginable happens, please send an email as soon as possible. To cancel an order before it ships, simply email your name, address, phone number and order number to orders@dwarfmountain.com. To cancel an order after it ships, please request a refund at refunds@dwarfmountain.com.

Goodness no. Keep is simple for the dwarves! It gets really busy around the major Chocolate Holidays. Please make one order per shipping address. At the completion of an order, your invoice is displayed, after printing your invoice, click on the ‘Store Front’ button on the top menu to begin a new order. If you have a special request use the ‘Contact the Dwarves’ button on the home page, tell us all about it. We will do anything to make our customers happy.

During shopping and at the beginning of the checkout process, you can delete any item you choose not to purchase.

We take as much care in shipping your Dwarf Mountain order as we do in making our delicious confections. We offer overnight (including Saturday delivery) or Express 2nd day shipping. Because temperatures vary across the country, we may choose to not ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries. Our dark chocolate confection is made with great care using natural and organic ingredients. We only use the highest quality and search around the world for the very best. Our "crème de chocolat noir" is unique and made from a secret recipe. Dwarf Mountain "Dark Chocolate Creams" are somewhere between a Ganache and pure dark chocolate. Technically our dark chocolate cream would be classified as fudge, however our cooking technique and process is a Dwarf Mountain secret. Our recipe is based on the ancient way fudge was made, using milk, butter, sugar and chocolate. We carried this a step further, creating a magical concoction of pure dark chocolate, heavy cream, butter, natural sweeteners and whole vanilla beans. We prefer the term 'dark chocolate cream.' We also specialize in using our rich dark chocolate cream as a medium to surround berries, fruits, nuts and/or natural flavors into exotic taste sensations. Our "crème de chocolat noir" is handcrafted in small batches, poured into truffle high sheets, hand cut and wrapped completely by dwarves hermetically sealed deep inside the mountain. No dwarves are harmed or mistreated during the production process.
